ifeelgood.fm is run by Zero Point Collective LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Using the station means these apply.

Listening is free

All of it, to everyone, with no account and no trial. Nothing is held back for people who pay, and nothing about the music changes if you do.

The music

The catalogue belongs to Zero Point Collective LLC. You may listen to it here. You may not download it, record it, redistribute it, or use it in anything you make or publish. Nothing on this page grants you any right to the recordings themselves.

Chipping in

Support is voluntary and buys nothing. It keeps the station running and it is how the bills get paid.

It is not a charitable donation and it is not tax deductible. Zero Point Collective LLC is a for-profit company and support is ordinary taxable revenue to it. Anyone telling you otherwise is wrong, including us if we ever slip.

Because it buys nothing, there is nothing to return. If you chipped in by mistake, write to contact@zeropoint.pub within 30 days and we will refund it without argument.

The shirt

$45, printed and posted by Printful, shipped free within the United States only. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. The price is set here and never read from your browser.

If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days at contact@zeropoint.pub and we will replace it or refund you. Sizes are printed on the product; a shirt that fits differently than you hoped is not a fault, though write to us anyway and we will see what we can do.

If a payment goes through and the order to the printer does not, that is ours to fix. You keep what you paid for and we post the shirt.

What we do not promise

The station is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that a particular song will play, or that it will keep running forever. We may change what it does, or stop it, at any time.

To the extent the law allows, Zero Point Collective LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the station, and our total liability to you is limited to whatever you have actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Fair use of the station

Do not attempt to scrape the catalogue, extract the audio files, overwhelm the service, or work around any of the above. Doing so ends your permission to use it.

Age

You need to be 13 or older to use the station, and 18 or older to send us any money.

The rest

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we change them, the date at the top changes with them. If any part of this is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
